Nate Nead is a seasoned entrepreneur, former investment banker, and technologist with over two decades of experience across finance and technology. He began his career in investment banking, earning Series 79/82/63 licences and managing M&A deals in middle-market sectors such as real estate, software, hardware, agribusiness, and oil & gas. Over his career, he has facilitated more than $120 million in divestitures and consistently achieved valuations above market expectations—with EBITDA multiples up to 14×

Transitioning into entrepreneurship, Nate founded and led multiple digital media, SaaS, and software development companies to multimillion-dollar success. He acquired SEO.co (formerly AudienceBloom) in 2019 and, as CEO, transformed it from a link-building firm into a full-service digital marketing agency serving Fortune 1000 clients. Under his leadership, SEO.co is known for its ethical strategies and personalized customer service. In 2020, the company expanded into custom software development services, including services for large language models (LLMs) in 2023.

Nate also founded InvestNet and HOLD.co, pioneering a platform for institutional and private equity real estate investment. He serves as Managing Partner at InvestNet and holds prior roles as Principal at InvestNet & HOLD.co.as well as Principal & Managing Director at InvestmentBank.com.
